As long as it takes to do it right, but we move fast. I don't sell retainers for the sake of billing hours. We build, we enable operations, we transfer, we're done.

Both. Most engagements are remote with periodic in-person strategy sessions. If you need someone on-site for critical phases (launch week, stakeholder alignment, team workshops), I'll be there. Location matters less than momentum.

Everything is confidential by default. Mutual NDAs are standard. For HNI builds, I operate in stealth mode, no case studies, no portfolio pieces, no name-dropping. Your idea stays yours.
